3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• We accept payment via credit/debit card (processed by Stripe) and cryptocurrency
• By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud
• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship within Canada via Canada Post Xpresspost
• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
• Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout

5. Returns and Refunds

• Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
• Opened products may be returned within 30 days for a partial refund if the product is defective or does not match the description
• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
